Grade 2, Farm & An Orphanage

We taught two grade 2 classes and had so much fun with the kids! Their final exams are coming up at the end of July (they have August off for summer break), and if they don't pass the final exam for their grade level, they repeat the grade. This was our last English class so they can focus on exam prep.

Adele and I parted ways with Geoff and Ceci to hit a big African handicraft store. It was full of beautiful African art and we had fun browsing around. Meanwhile, Geoff and Ceci visited a farm where Ceci got to hold some baby goats and play with puppies!

This smiley man is the farm hand.

Isn't that the best picture! Let's get a little closer to that goat.

They also visited an orphanage and the school for the orphans. It was nice!

Another great day!
